Bathroom was surface clean. Door to building wasnt secure, outside door didnt lock at prescribe times or at all. Hallway smelled really bad. AC, tv and fridge worked

Rooms were ok, but didnt expect a lot for the pricing. For some reason Ithaca is always expensive when it comes to hotels. Think I can get much better hotels in Horsehead for better price than this. I preferred this due to the location over the frequent ~1 hr drives elsewhere. Place is so close to wegmans and you can walk to it if you like.

Meadow Court is a fine motel. Rooms were clean and staff was nice. Both Wegmans and a locally brewery are in walking distance from this motel. Room price is very reasonable!

Great location and value. If you want to stay in Ithaca on a budget, this is the place. The food at the restaurant is great. Worth it.

When I arrived in the room, there was urine in the toilet. There were pubic cares in the shower. It was disgusting.

The room was cheap and close to the activities and stores we planned to go to. The room was on the end of the motel so there were less neighbors. They offered a breakfast but we did not check it out.

The room decor seemed to have been remodeled since my last visit. Good cold & Hot water. The mystery heating (couldn't figure out how to control it) worked fine.

A comfortable motel. Usual motel type facilities but well managed and reasonably priced. The lady at the check in was a thorough professional. Not spanking squeaky clean but good by motel standards. Some cafes and restaurants near by. Well located for a days visit to the university etc.
